What ClaimHit is

ClaimHit is an AI-powered research tool that helps patent owners identify potential infringement targets for further investigation. It uses multiple AI models to search publicly available product documentation and technical standards and produces a preliminary assessment of which products and standards may warrant further examination.

Accuracy limitations

AI models can and do make errors. ClaimHit results may contain:

False positives — products identified as potentially infringing that do not infringe
False negatives — infringing products or standards not identified
Incorrect claim element mapping
Evidence citations that are inaccurate or that do not fully support the claimed match
